Our delivery crew completed the 2023-2024 delivery tour travelling around 5,000 miles to reach customers in eight states. The crew helped some customers assemble their yurts when they had their platforms ready. The reception was very positive; all of our customers were happy with their yurts, including customers who ordered their second yurts or referred to friends based on their experience of using our yurts. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers for their businesses, and for making these eventful delivery tours possible.
We have made various improvements to our product based on the customers’ feedback, and those who used earlier yurts were happy with the improvements. This is a great advantage of being the maker who also delivers the yurts and interacts with our customers; we can immediately reflect suggestions by our customers in our products.
Our next delivery will be to Australia in the first half of 2024, and then again to the U.S. later this year. We are taking orders for both shipments. Please contact us to place an early order at great discounts.
