EG completed a nearly 10,000 miles delivery tour visiting 18 U.S states. It was not an easy task, but this year we worked hard to deliver the yurts ourselves instead of using options for 3rd party transportation. This was partly because we wanted to help some of our customers raise the yurts, and partly to maintain the shipping costs at the level previously agreed with the customers. Due to various conditions, freight costs increased a lot in the U.S in the past months. As the orders were placed and delivery arrangments were made several months prior to the delivery, we felt the brunt of the cost increases. We are proud to have kept both our yurt prices and shipping charges at the previously agreed level as we always do.

We intend to deliver more yurts ourselves for future orders, thus maintaining the freight charges at low levels. But we are able to deliver only the yurt ordered before the shipment reaches the U.S. In case you are thinking about purchasing a yurt from us, we urge you to place an order as early as possible.
